Personally, I love frozen berries in lemonade or even to make a smoothie out of!

Kashi is a brand that prides itself on knowing exactly what goes into their food. This is especially true when it comes to their frozen food options. 7. Boca Burgers
A Boca Burger is actually a brand of veggie burgers and I have to say, they are delicious! These burgers are a staple in my house. I pull them out of the freezer, heat them in the microwave, toss in some mustard, catsup and a bun and it's a delicious and healthy meal!
