News that "one of the easiest ways to get a mega-dose of greens into your daily diet with minimum effort is adding a green smoothie into your breakfast meal or swapping your usual snack for a green smoothie." She also shared 31 days worth of recipes so you can have no excuse! I'm up for the health challenge - are you?
