Although the video states that these were meant for Valentine's Day, I think they are appropriate for any occasion.
I think I would bake the cake in the crockpot. Usually, doing so makes the cake more moist thus, sticking together better when forming balls.
Personally, I think making balls with peanut butter and chocolate would be wonderful, along with cinnamon and sugar! Total yum.
