My favorites are iced coffee, cocoa coffee, and whisky coffee. They are all pretty self-explanatory, but it does not hurt to mention them.
As for boring and plain black coffee with milk, play around with different types of milk to jazz it up.
These are all super if you are throwing a party! Make up a coffee bar or a coffee station! Good coffee grounds are not necessarily expensive and the only ingredient that is expensive out of all of these recipes is the Jack Daniels.
