1. Chopped Cherries
Stir chopped cherries into low-fat cream cheese and spread on wheat crackers. This is one of the most delicious guilt-free snacks you'll ever have.
2. Indulgent Broccoli
Top broccoli with whisked together equal parts cheddar cheese, low-sodium chicken broth and chopped pickled jalapenos.
3. Tex-Mex Treat
Dress coleslaw mix with jarred salsa and roll it up in a corn tortilla.
4. Homemade Trail Mix
1 ounce unsweetened whole grain cereal with 1 tablespoon each of raisins and unsalted nuts.

A 6-ounce container is perfect.
8. Half of a Sandwich
1 piece of bread with lunchmeat and 1 ounce of cheese.

Sprinkle low-fat cheese on one side of a tortilla. Top with a small spoon of salsa and fold. Cut into slices after letting cool.
13. Apples and Peanut Butter
2 tablespoons of peanut butter on apple slices.
14. Monkey Toast
Peanut butter and banana slices on top of a slice of whole wheat bread and a drizzle of honey.
15. Goldfish Crackers
38 goldfish crackers is one snack-sized serving.

Mini pretzel sticks topped with 2 tablespoons fat-free cream cheese.
17. Tortilla Salsa
10 tortilla chips with 1/4 cup of salsa.
18. Cucumber Sandwich
1/2 of an English muffin with 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese and 3 slices of cucumber.
19. Baked Potato Salsa
1/2 of a medium potato baked in the microwave then topped with 1 tablespoon of salsa.
20. Spiced Apple Cider
7 ounces of warm apple cider with a sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon.
21. Chocolate Milk
6 ounces of skim milk with 2 tablespoons of chocolate milk.
Snack smart. Having a small snack every 3 to 4 hours keeps your metabolism cranking. So you burn more calories over the course of the day. Studies have shown that people who snack regularly eat less at mealtime.
Mix and match the above suggestions. You will most likely not get bored. A little sweet and a little salty to choose from...above all, healthy!
