Who would have thought a cheesecake could be this easy? Perfect for Thanksgiving and/or Christmas!

I remember going to restaurants when I was younger with my family, and choosing strawberry cheesecake as dessert. Until I watched this video, I had never heard of "pumpkin cheesecake". Then, who would have thought it could be this easy?

Pumpkin is a nice different ingredient and it has lots of health benefits. So, if you do not want the sugary strawberry or cherry syrup, the pumpkin is a nice substitute.

It's also a nice recipe if you are in a hurry.

You can get most of the ingredients at the dollar store. You know me, the more you can buy at the dollar store the better!

More than likely, when serving the pumpkin cheesecake, no other woman is going to make the same thing!
