1

Blueberry Pancakes

You can really use any fruit you want. A lovely warm breakfast with blueberries and maple syrup on top, making it sweet yet not too sweet for your child. This is one of my favorite microwave mug breakfast recipes.

2

Sweet Potato Hash Potatoes

You can also use a regular potato. This recipe is not complicated to make. You can use leftovers from your fridge for it and spices to taste! Delicious with cheese melted on top! Quite filling and should fill you up until lunch!

3

Peanut Butter and Jelly Oatmeal

No more instant oatmeal packets! Chopped peanuts on top make this recipe sweet AND savory. This recipe is an excellent break from the PB and J sandwich scene!

4

Healthy Whole Wheat Muffins

Smells like warm cinnamon. Better than having only a piece of toast for breakfast. Also, better than having to drive to the grocery store to buy some muffins!

5

Omelet

Scallions are called for to make this traditional breakfast a little different and a little savory, kind-of spiced up...

The only requirements for a mug meal? A microwave and some big coffee mugs.

Make sure your kiddo is well-fed at breakfast using these recipes. He or she just might ask for seconds!
