Not only delicious, but healthy too. A creamy way to get in that protein.

This recipe makes up 3 jars. Have some made in advance to grab and go out of the fridge. A nice snack, treat or dessert to have wherever you are.

The ingredients are a little expensive than what I usually post, such as the protein powder, but a packet/tub lasts a good while. Use whatever good protein powder you like and/or can afford at your local grocery market or health store. What would you rather do... pay a little for good health today or pay for poor health in the future?
