Ingredients:

2 ounces Plymouth gin

ยพ ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice

2 teaspoons Luxardo maraschino liqueur

Directions:

Place the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with cracked ice. Shake well to combine. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass and serve.

Directions:

3 parts Everclear

Directions:

Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Pour over ice and serve.

Well itโ€™s been forgotten, so itโ€™s pretty obscure. This is totally different than anything youโ€™ve ever had, but I think youโ€™re going to like the refreshing and unique flavors of this cocktail.

Ingredients:

1 ounce Bols Genever

1 ounce Kummel Wolfschmidt liqueur

2 drops Bobโ€™s cardamom bitters

Fever-free tonic water

Ice cubes

Orange zest

Directions:

Fill a glass with ice cubes. Add the Bols Genever, Kummel liqueur and bitters. Slowly add the tonic water and garnish with orange zest.

5. Tom and Jerry

Iโ€™m not sure where this cocktail got its name, but it has a bunch of obscure ingredients that youโ€™d never expect to find in a drink. This one might be a great ending to a meal because itโ€™s slightly sweet. Use caution, however, since this drink contains raw eggs. Oh, and this recipe makes a pretty big batch so be prepared with lots of glasses.

Ingredients:

ยพ pound superfine sugar

2 eggs

ยฝ ounce dark rum

ยผ teaspoon cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon cloves

1/8 teaspoon allspice

12 ounces brandy

12 ounces aged rum

48 ounces hot water

Directions:

Beat the egg whites until stiff in one bowl and beat the yolks until they are thin in a separate bowl. Combine the whites and yolks, then add the rum, cinnamon, cloves and allspice. Beat in the sugar until you get a light batter. In a mug, pour 1 ounce of brandy, 1 ounce of aged rum and a tablespoon of the egg batter. Stir, then add 3 to 4 ounces of hot water and stir.
