It was healthy until the milk part. It's 2016, and we all know milk is blood and pus. It's not good in large amounts because of the hormones. I sure hope everyone drinking a large glass every morning drinks organic. Blegh

I thought most things where good except the orange juice it is proven that orange juice contains acid which will then sit on your stomach and cause bloating and a feel of nausea throughout the day!
