A good snack should have the following qualities: make you feel satisfied enough to stave off hunger until your next proper meal;2

it should taste great;

it should have a hint of naughtiness or feel forbidden (especially if you’re trying to lose weight);2

and it should be nutritious.

Many store bought snacks fail on one or all of these points and leave you dissatisfied and reaching for something else.

Stress ye not.
