You can start off small by adding a daily healthy smoothie into your routine! Annie Lawless, Suja Juice co-founder, told E! News that "one of the easiest ways to get a mega-dose of greens into your daily diet with minimum effort is adding a green smoothie into your breakfast meal or swapping your usual snack for a green smoothie."
