1 Croissants

For this recipe, you're going to need 1 cup of all purpose flour, 3 eggs, 2 cups of milk, 1 teaspoon of white sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Of course, you can always add raspberries or bananas to the inside of the crepe. Get creative!

4 Chocolate Eclair

Everybody knows that escargot is popular in France. Of course, if the idea of eating snails disgusts you, you can try eating this snack instead. It's escargot without the snail. To make it, you'll need 20 large brown mushrooms, 3 cups of water, a few pieces of nori seaweed, 1 teaspoon of miso, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, salt, and 40 extra-large escargot shells.

6 Grand Marnier Souffle

For this recipe, you're going to need 2 large eggs, 1 tablespoon of melted butter, 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup cold milk, 1 teaspoon of freshly grated orange zest, 1 tablespoon of Grand Marnier, 1/8 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/4 cup of white sugar, and powdered sugar. By the time you're finished baking your soufflé, you'll have a dessert that can seduce any man.

7 Creme Brûlée

For this recipe, you're going to need 1 and 1/3 cups of heavy whipping cream, 1 vanilla bean, 4 large egg yolks, 1/4 cup of granulated white sugar, and about 4 tablespoons of superfine white sugar. As long as you have all of those ingredients and the correct pans, you shouldn't have any trouble creating this dessert. It's much easier than it looks.
