Heck, have some sweet potatoes fries instead! If you do honestly have salads every day, layer in those chicken strips for that satisfied feeling instead of feeling like it's all empty calories.
Shop your Sunday circulars for the local grocery store sales. You can afford to be healthy if you get creative!
