Fall is my very favorite season. It's the season for falling leaves and fire pits, crisp mornings and Halloween, trips to Salem and wearing scarves every day – and for soups. Seriously, forget pumpkin spice. Is there anything better than coming home after a long day and sharing some hot, filling soup with someone awesome? Um, yes. Making soup in less than half an hour.
