I’m sure you’ve heard by now that you should be drinking more water and fewer sodas, cocktails and energy drinks.

But that doesn’t mean that you suddenly love water and crave a glass of it at happy hour, right?

I’m all for everything in moderation, but when it’s time to sip water, you can make it less tortuous by freezing fruit into your ice cubes.

They make a glass of water more fun to drink and as the cubes melt, they infuse the water with yummy flavors that make it a little less bland.

Try these and you’ll see what I mean.

1. Orange Segments

Citrus is one of your best choices for water because it has a great flavor that is refreshing and thirst quenching at the same time.

Peel an orange and add the segments to your ice cube tray.

You can also cut a whole orange into slivers.

The peel is pretty flavorful so don’t be afraid to use it.

Lemons, limes and grapefruits are other wonderful citrus choices.
