Cream cheese is one of my favorite ingredients in homemade frosting recipes.

It lends such a yummy flavor and a texture that can’t be beat.

It’s also white, so you can easily make it any color you want.

Use it on your next cake and I guarantee rave reviews.

Ingredients:

3 ounces cream cheese

1 ¾ cups confectioners’ sugar

8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions:

Beat the cream cheese and the sugar until smooth.

Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.

Use food coloring to tint.
