7 Healthy and Festive Holiday Smoothies ...

These healthy smoothies are not only healthy but they are bursting with flavor and will help to detoxify your body. I enjoy starting the morning with a healthy smoothie to jumpstart the day. So be healthier and more festive this season with the holiday smoothies that I love:

1 Hale to the Kale

Hale to the Kale Enjoy some holiday festivities with one of my first holiday smoothies that will detoxify your body! This is one of my favorite smoothies, hope it is yours as well! This recipe serves 2.

Ingredients:
½ pear
¼ avocado
½ cucumber
½ lemon
handful of cilantro
1 cup kale (packed)
½ inch ginger
½ cup coconut water
1 scoop protein powder (hemp, pumpkin or pea works great!)
pure water

Directions:
Blend all ingredients.

1 heaping Tbsp wild blue-green algae (jack it to 2 tablespoons if you really want some potency!)
