OK, you know the person... Normally they would eat like a real person. But, they are at the party and want to seem "polite". You know they are starving. So, create them a little "something" to hold them over until they get home.
1. Bread
Slices of bread with a little olive oil, hummus, vegetables and cheese are super filling and not messy. For this first appetizer, if you do not know how to make the hummus included, here is the link:
2. Skewers
Mozzarella, tomato, and olives. Cute and they can nibble on without being "noticed"!
3. Crackers
Cream cheese, green bell pepper, and tomato dip on crackers. (I would exclude the onions, ladies) You can fill up a plate of these and feel good that you didn't eat too much.
They are probably going to want to thank you for these little creations. But again, they are embarrassed. So, don't expect a thank you. Just know, they appreciate!
