All of these items can be made ahead and refrigerated, which means all you have to do is heat them up in the morning.

If you tend to skip breakfast in the morning because you are not very hungry, have some fruit. Fruit is a light breakfast that is easy to digest and very portable. You can easily take a banana with you to work, so have you have something to eat in the morning.

Smoothies are fantastic for breakfast because they take very little time to make, and you can take them with you on your way to work or school. All you have to do to make a smoothie is put some fruit and water in a blender, and you have a healthy and delicious breakfast.

Running out of your go-to breakfast food is a surefire way to miss breakfast. To prevent this from happening, make sure your pantry is stocked. Since my favorite breakfast is oatmeal, I always make sure I have oatmeal on hand. However, if you are a pancake lover, you should probably make sure you always have a box of pancake mix in your pantry.
5 Get up 10 Minutes Earlier
If one of the reasons you tend to skip breakfast is because you don’t have time to eat it, try getting up ten minutes earlier. Having a little extra time in the morning can make a big difference. It will give you a chance to prepare a breakfast that you can either eat at home or on the go.
6 Prepare the Night before
If you are not a fan of getting up early in the morning, another trick to make sure you eat breakfast is to prepare as much as you can the night before. Get your breakfast dishes out and measure out your oatmeal or pour your cereal in the cereal bowl. Then, when you get up in the morning, you have very little to do to get your breakfast ready.
7 Eat First, Get Ready Second
The best way to make sure you eat breakfast every morning is to eat before you get ready. If you eat your breakfast when you first get up in the morning, you don’t have the excuse that it took you too long to get ready. It might mean you have to rush through getting dressed. However, I would personally rather savor my breakfast than spend a lot of time getting ready.
