For the holidays, do you always have a big bird? If so, there tends to be so much left over that we do not know what to do with it other than make the usual turkey sandwiches. However, in the following video, you can learn a new way of using up that leftover bird and I mean total yum!

Who would have thought of turkey tacos? All you need are leftover shredded turkey, tomatoes, lettuce, V8 juice, and taco shells!

Personally, I think, instead of making your own taco shells, as shown in the video, just buy already prepared shells and heat them up in the microwave.

Next, I think V8 juice, as shown in the video, does the trick, instead of using regular taco sauce.

All in all, I think this is a frugal and delicious way of using up that leftover holiday turkey.
