By Neecey • Sep 28, 2025

I have a strange relationship with alcohol. Sometimes I can load up on cocktails and feel perfectly ok. Other times even just half a glass of wine will give me a hangover. Due to these vagaries I have to be prepared to deal. This usually means having a supply of ice cold water and paracetamol, or some tomato juice on hand or hoping there’s someone around to make me an English fry-up for brekkie. But I have never considered smoothies as a hangover remedy, until I recently read an article on the very same. I haven’t tried any yet, but I’m gonna! I thought it would be good to share them with you too.
