Maca

Maca Maca is my favorite superfood for reducing anxiety. It’s especially great for women during their menstrual cycle but can improve the mood of both men and women. It’s also well-known to enhance the libido and increase energy. The best part about maca is it is an adaptogen so it adjusts to your body’s needs whether you are stressed and need to relax, or if you’re tired and need energy.
