Another top quality source of healthy fats is fish! Fish is a lean protein rich in B vitamins, amino acids, some selenium, and magnesium. All of these are essential to your thyroid. Oh, and don’t worry about getting too much selenium from fish if you’re eating a Brazil nut. The selenium content in fish is low enough not to cause a problem, but high enough to be effective. Eat 4 ounces per serving, three times a week.
