There are many things that taste better with parsley. This humble herb is easy to find at any supermarket and it is very inexpensive. Unlike many other herbs, parsley has a mild flavor that works well with a plethora of ingredients. It lets you incorporate flavor and color without a taste that is too intense. Plus, parsley has vitamins and minerals that make it good for your health. That includes fiber, vitamins A and C, iron and calcium. 1. Stuffed Shells

When I make stuffed shells, I use ricotta cheese and a hearty dose of parsley. The herb brings out the flavor of the cheese just right, making stuffed shells one of the many things that taste better with parsley. It also pairs really well with tomato sauce, so you get a double whammy when you toss it into stuffed shells. Yum!

2. Sautéed Mushrooms

Next time you sauté mushrooms to go with your steak, toss in a handful of fresh parsley. It adds a fresh flavor to your ‘shrooms that you’ll love.
