Mickey Cupcakes

Food, Ice cream cone, Dessert, Cupcake, Sweetness, Cones don't have to be restricted to only holding onto ice cream. You can bake cupcakes in there, as well. This is one of the adorable Disney inspired desserts that will impress anyone who's lucky enough to take a bite.

Ingredients:
2 dozen flat-bottomed wafer ice cream cones
Cupcake tins (enough to total 24 cups)
Aluminum foil
Batch of chocolate cake batter
Chocolate frosting
48 milk or dark chocolate discs (about 1-inch wide)
Flower-shape candy cupcake decorations

Instructions:
Place cones in cupcake tin, and crumple aluminum foil around edges to keep them in place. Divide batter among the cones, filling each one halfway. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool, and then frost the cake tops. Place chocolate disks into cupcake.

Mickey Mouse Cheerios Treats

Food, Dish, Snack, Cuisine, Cookies and crackers, Why not turn your cereal into an after-dinner treat? All you have to do is give up a few handfuls of your box of Cheerios. It's a sacrifice you'll be happy you made.

Ingredients:
Bag of mini marshmallows
3 tablespoons of margarine
5 cups of Cheerios
Chocolate Candiquik
Sprinkles

Instructions:
Put marshmallows and margarine in microwave for 1 minute. Stir, and return to microwave for 1 minute. Mix with cheerios, and place on baking pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then cut out desired shapes. Return to freezer for 15 minutes while melting Chocolate Candiquik. Spoon chocolate onto shapes, and add sprinkles.

Caramel Apples

Food, Chocolate, Dessert, Cake, Sweetness, Autumn is the perfect season for caramel apples, so don't let the months fly by without getting your hands on one. Instead of dipping them in caramel and stopping there, you can decorate them with your favorite treats. It'll make you feel like you're sitting in the Disney park.

Ingredients:
4 large Granny Smith apples
5-6 c. caramels (or appx. 1 bag Kraft Caramel bits--see above)
7-8 cinnamon graham crackers (or 1 prepared pie crust)
1 1/2 lbs. melting chocolates (or chocolate chips)
cinnamon and sugar, to taste (appx 2 Tbsp sugar + 1/8 tsp. cinnamon)
8 large marshmallows

Instructions:
Refrigerate apples until cold. Melt caramel until melted. Place sticks into the top of each apple and dip in caramel until fully coated. Place on wax paper and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Blend graham crackers in blender. Melt chocolate in microwave and dip apple inside. Roll in graham cracker crumbs. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll each marshmallow in chocolate and place on apple for ears. Hold in place until set.

Red, Cookie, Snack, Dessert, Sweetness, This is simple to make, but it will have a big impact on your guests. Everybody will be rushing to take a bite out of your famous cookies that you didn't even have to bake yourself.

Ingredients:
Oreos
Mini Oreos
Red Chocolate Melts
Sprinkles

Instructions:
Melt chocolate in microwave. Dip full sized oreo into the mixture halfway. Set on wax paper and put two white sprinkles on them. Cool in fridge for 15 minutes. Attach two mini oreos with the mixture.

Pretzels
Red candy melts
Black candy melts

Easy Peasy Cupcakes

Food, Cupcake, Dessert, Cake, Buttercream, If you're in a rush, but want to look like you put a lot of work into your baking, make these cupcakes. You don't even have to put together the batter yourself. Simply buy a container from the store and decorate them however you wish.

Ingredients:
Batch of pre-baked vanilla cupcakes
Frosting
Chocolate sandwich cookies, regular size and mini size

Instructions:
Frost the cupcakes. Split cookies into halves. Press cookies into frosting. Place mini cookies against larger cookie.

Cake batter
Ice Cream Spoons
Melted chocolate

Instructions:
Make batter as directed on box, bake, and let cool. Use a mickey mouse cookie cutter to cut cake, or use a knife to create the design. Push in wooden ice cream spoons. Place in freezer for 10 minutes. Dip in melted chocolate if desired.
