What would brighten your day more than some scrumptious Disney inspired desserts? You might not be spending your day at the park, but you can still enjoy the company of Mickey Mouse. Here are some of the most delicious Disney inspired desserts that you shouldn't have any trouble making:
Ingredients:
2 dozen flat-bottomed wafer ice cream cones
Cupcake tins (enough to total 24 cups)
Aluminum foil
Batch of chocolate cake batter
Chocolate frosting
48 milk or dark chocolate discs (about 1-inch wide)
Flower-shape candy cupcake decorations
Instructions:
Place cones in cupcake tin, and crumple aluminum foil around edges to keep them in place. Divide batter among the cones, filling each one halfway. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool, and then frost the cake tops. Place chocolate disks into cupcake.

Bag of mini marshmallows
3 tablespoons of margarine
5 cups of Cheerios
Chocolate Candiquik
Sprinkles
Instructions:
Put marshmallows and margarine in microwave for 1 minute. Stir, and return to microwave for 1 minute. Mix with cheerios, and place on baking pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then cut out desired shapes. Return to freezer for 15 minutes while melting Chocolate Candiquik. Spoon chocolate onto shapes, and add sprinkles.

4 large Granny Smith apples
5-6 c. caramels (or appx. 1 bag Kraft Caramel bits--see above)
7-8 cinnamon graham crackers (or 1 prepared pie crust)
1 1/2 lbs. melting chocolates (or chocolate chips)
cinnamon and sugar, to taste (appx 2 Tbsp sugar + 1/8 tsp. cinnamon)
8 large marshmallows
Instructions:
Refrigerate apples until cold. Melt caramel until melted. Place sticks into the top of each apple and dip in caramel until fully coated. Place on wax paper and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Blend graham crackers in blender. Melt chocolate in microwave and dip apple inside. Roll in graham cracker crumbs. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll each marshmallow in chocolate and place on apple for ears. Hold in place until set.

Red Chocolate Melts
Sprinkles
Instructions:
Melt chocolate in microwave. Dip full sized oreo into the mixture halfway. Set on wax paper and put two white sprinkles on them. Cool in fridge for 15 minutes. Attach two mini oreos with the mixture.

Instructions:
Melt candy in microwave. Dip the top portion into black melts. Place on cookie sheet, and let harden. Dip the bottom portion into red melts. Let harden. Place melted white candy into piping bag to decorate pretzels.
